Stephanie Wood

Dental Hygienist

Stephanie graduated from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2005, and she joined our team two years later in June 2007. Stephanie believes our office is blessed with the best patients, and she enjoys getting to know and build relationships with them.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, George, daughter, Ainsley and their dog, Huck.


Jillian

Jillian Springs

Dental Hygienist

Jillian joined our practice in August 2014. As a dental hygienist, she assists in the preventive and educational aspects of our patients’ oral health care. She says the best part of her job is having the ability to help our patients feel confident with their smiles, while educating them on how to maintain those healthy smiles.

Jillian graduated from Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC in 2012. She loves living in a state where she can take advantage of the coast and the mountains. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel. Jillian has a dog named Zoe and a cat named Roxanne.


Ilene

Ilene Alfelor Rogess

Dental Assistant

Ilene assists Dr. Allen on various treatments we offer patients of our Raleigh dental practice. Ilene has been with the practice/assisting Dr. Allen since it opened in 2004. She enjoys the interaction she has with our patients, as well as her role in providing quality care.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Guam, Ilene earned her certificate in dental assisting from Concorde Career Institute in North Hollywood, CA in 1998.

When Ilene isn’t at work, she enjoys quality time spent with her husband and children. She always loves shopping and cleaning – the latter of which she finds therapeutic!


Beth

Beth Hookstra

Front Desk Reception and Billing Coordinator

Beth has been part of our team since December 2007. She oversees scheduling, insurance verification, billing and collections. She enjoys working at the front desk because of the opportunity it provides to meet and interact with people.

“I also like that I work for a person of integrity who always has the patient’s best interest in mind when recommending and doing treatment,” Beth says.

Beth attended Roberts Wesleyan College in North Chili, New York. She and her husband, Greg, have two daughters and a stepson. They have a cat named Buddy who was born feral, but has adjusted to the indoor life and has become a lap cat.
